At Glint + Gleam, we want your experience to be simple from the moment you place your order through the moment you receive and use your product. The following policy explains our shipping and return procedures.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 business days of purchase. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

We are unable to guarantee delivery to P.O. boxes, military addresses, or other restricted destinations unless the available shipping method at checkout specifically supports the address.

Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are estimates only. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Glint + Gleam is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, natural events, service interruptions, or other factors beyond our reasonable control.

If your package appears to be significantly delayed, please contact us at support@glintandgleam.co, and we will do our best to assist you.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Risk of loss and title for items purchased from Glint & Gleam pass to you upon delivery of the order to the shipping carrier.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at support@glintandgleam.co. We may ask you to provide photographs of the packaging and product to help us assess the situation and work toward an appropriate resolution.

If your tracking information indicates that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, neighbors, and the delivery carrier. You may also contact us, and we will do our best to assist you.
